Our programme of professional development for Primary and Secondary school teachers builds on Bow Arts’ extensive experience, taking the most successful elements of our creative schools projects to share innovative and practical ways of developing creative learning across a range of subject areas.
The programme is led by an experienced team of Bow Arts artist educators. Taught in small groups, each session allows time to discuss the specific implications and questions around the use of these creative tools in your own classroom.
At each workshop you will work with a professional artist to:
- Learn new skills through participating in hands-on art activities
- Gain fresh ideas for delivering arts-based activities in your classroom
- Develop confidence through exploring your own creativity
- Participate in discussions with peers to share ideas and practice
I love how hands on it was, I really got a sense of what I need to do in order to teach this in the classroom
