Bow Arts are keen to expand our creative workspace and Live+Work offer to other sites in London.
We have a wealth of experience in building management and have a ready source of demand for spaces through our connections to colleges and our active online presence through our dedicated search engine Artist Studio Finder and our opportunity site London’s Artists Quarter.

Our flexible and scale-able studio offer means we can utilise and bring activity to what are otherwise hard to let sites.
We have a proven track record of delivery, and are interested in looking at meanwhile uses, short term and long leases and freehold options. We currently work with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Charities, Foundations, Developers and private landlords
We can very swiftly move to 100% occupancy, so we are able to activate a site with a strong creative presence, kick starting interest in an area in a wide range of ways. Our work with schools creates strong, real and lasting community links.
If you have an interest in building a creative presence in your property or seeing how we can help you with your planning for future developments, or hard-to-let property please contact Michael Cubey, Executive Director and Head of Bow Arts Creative Workpaces. You can email Michael on firstname.lastname@example.org or phone him on 020 8980 7774
