We are looking for street food/pop-ups/food retailers to provide food for this year’s Bow Open Studios 2016 taking place on Friday 17 June 6-9pm and Saturday 18 June 1-6pm.
A highlight of the arts calendar and one of the most vibrant and well attended arts events in London, Bow Open Studios are a fantastic opportunity for members of the public, curators and collectors to explore a vast and diverse selection of work and to meet some East London's brightest emerging and established artists. With an average attendance of over 2,000 people, #BowOpen is also a celebration of all things art in Bow, featuring live music, pop-up food stalls, an arts market, bars, workshops and more throughout the weekend.
Food traders must appeal to an arts audience (aged from 0-100 years but average 20s-50s) with a keen preference for local, organic and ethical. Traders must able to provide affordable specialized meals, eg: pulled pork, vegan and vegetarian, for around £6.50 to £9 for hearty meals. You must bring everything needed to prep and serve your meals, and pay for food ingredients.
A fee of £100 to trade and a profit share donation to the charity will be agreed between both parties. Pitches are available for one/both days and there will be a maximum of three traders at the event. Contact Melody with a link to your website on firstname.lastname@example.org or 020 8980 7774
Expression of interest by no later than Sunday 15 May 2016
