Bow Arts seeks to support artists at all stages of their career. In 2015 Bow Arts launched Bow Skills in response to an artist survey which showed over 90% of practicing artists find it useful to receive further support outside formal education.
Bow Skills is a dynamic and relevant programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) which is informed by an artist steering group and open to all creative practitioners across London. The programme of talks, panel discussions, new skills labs and peer crits is open to all, with concession rates available to Bow Arts artists and students.
Unfortunately the Bow Skills 2020 Event Programme was postponed due to Covid-19 restrictions in the UK. Instead we introduced Bow Skills Online - a new series of free online training videos for the arts community. These short videos offer actionable tips and tricks for different aspects of creative practice development, all achievable in the safety of your own home. Find out more by clicking the 'Bow Skills Online' tile below.
Furthermore, we are now offering a selection of virtual skills labs on Zoom to support creatives from home, so check back here regularly, follow us on social media or sign-up to our newsletter here to recieve updates.
