A free, friendly drop-in workshop for local families and children of all abilities to come and explore their creativity!
This free, drop-in workshop offers local families and children of all ages the chance to learn the basic principles weaving and make their own paper lantern, which they can take home to brighten any autumn evening.
This session will be led by Bow Arts artist and educator Nicci James, whose work is on display in the Nunnery Gallery’s annual Bow Open Show.
The workshop will take place outside in the Bow Arts Courtyard (under a cover), with covid protocols taken into consideration.
This event is an inclusive friendly environment, accessible to all abilities and age groups. All materials will be provided.
Access Information
Nunnery Gallery has step-free access throughout from street level, including to the accessible toilet, and is service animal friendly. This venue does not have a hearing loop system.
Accessible parking is not available on-site but blue badge parking can be found 500m away on Fairfield Road.
