Dynamic Yoga is an empowering sixty minute yoga-based training system, suitable for men & women looking for a physical routine which will offer benefits for your body and your mind. This is a challenging practice, set within a friendly environment.
Please bring water and an inquisitive mind.
Yoga mats will be available, or feel free to bring your own if you have one.
Dynamic Yoga sessions will be held on the roof terrace of the Lakeside Centre, with stunning views of the Southmere Lake serving as a backdrop for lunges and warrior poses.
Classes will be held by Amanda Eatwell, a Bow Arts artist based in Thamesmead. Amanda also runs regular weekly Yoga classes at The Nest Community Building and Library on Wednesday evenings, 7pm-8pm. Please click here for more information.

Arrive at class at least 5 minutes before the start time.
You are invited to stay and enjoy free workshops at the Lakeside Centre, courtesy of the Lakeside Garden Club.
Walk-ins are welcome, and no experience is required. Please visit the “What’s On” section of the Bow Arts website to find overlapping dates and more details.
The nearest public transport station is Abbey Wood (National Rail, Elizabeth Line).
The Lakeside Centre can be accessed by bus routes 177, 244, 229, 301, 401, 472, 601, 602, 180, B11, and 669.
Although there is no parking at the Lakeside Centre, free parking may be found on the surrounding streets.
The Lakeside Centre has disabled access.
