A multidisciplinary exhibition by Jaewook Lim that takes its inspiration from the natural process of moulting, where creatures shed their old layers to grow and adapt. Much like the act of moulting, the work presented explores themes of personal and collective transformation.
Private View 19 Dec, 5:00 – 8:00 pm
Please note, this exhibition addresses sensitive topics.
Each piece reflects the shedding of societal expectations, identity constraints, and outdated norms, particularly within the context of queer experiences. By embracing vulnerability and impermanence, this project aims to highlight the beauty of letting go and evolving into something new.
Through sculptures, paintings, photographs, and video works, the project mirrors the cyclical process of growth and renewal. It invites the audience to witness not only what is left behind but also what emerges—raw, unfiltered, and authentically alive.
