Join Bow Arts this December to enjoy family-friendly fun at this years’ Royal Albert Wharf Winter Market!

This December, come together with friends, family, and the local community at the Royal Albert Wharf Winter Market in the heart of the Royal Docks. Celebrating the season with Bow Arts, the market will be a hub of festive cheer at Pump House Square, welcoming craftspeople, artists, and some new faces from the students at the University of East London.
Whether you’re a resident of the Royal Docks or visiting from afar, there’s something for everyone. Find a unique, crafted gift for a loved one this winter, taste the street food, and enjoy the festive atmosphere along the waterfront at one of London’s emerging cultural hubs.
This year, visitors to the market will also have the chance to walk among bright, festive lanterns created by their neighbours to light up the docks. Find out how to get involved below.
Festive treats and hot drinks are also available at the Well Bean Co, followed by a delicious spread of contemporary Indian cuisine at our neighbourhood restaurant, Café Spice Namasté.
Come celebrate the season with your community at this magical winter gathering!

Storyteller Oliver Wallace of Patchlarks returns with more wild and rambunctious midwinter tales! Expect hilarious characters, fantastic adventures, and kind magic, all brought vividly to life with his suitcase theatre. This intimate, imaginative performance will transport you into a world of whimsy and wonder, where stories leap from the stage with energy and heart.
Don’t miss the chance to experience this enchanting wintertime adventure!
This year, the market welcomes the Stratford East Singers to lend their voices to the afternoon.

In the run up to the market, artist Yuliya V Krylova invites the community to join her in creating lanterns to decorate the docks.
