Fugazzi Fusion aka Jinia Tasnin returns to the Nunnery Café this spring to serve up an all new menu: lose yourself in jammy aubergines, chewy noodles with crispy edges, and surprising dried shrimp married to unctuous sauces. In these dishes, Bangladeshi meets Italian meets West Chinese cuisine in the most tantalising fusion.
Bye bye winter sadness,
impending May sunny badness
Come join us for an evening of
~ gracefully crossing boundaries ~
One too many food rules,
three too many rules rules
As always Fagazzi Mami will take you on a tastefully dangerous journey
Tipping on the edges of right and wrong
A libra by Sun
A libra by Moon
The pengelum will remain intact
By re-imagining what makes the holy trinity of ingredients
We will be feasting on a 4 course meal
Alongside laugh-cry memories.
Enjoy the menu below.
Jinia will be curating a special playlist to feed your ears. Check out the soundtrack to ‘Girls Love JADU’: The Frog Burial & Peanut Eating Ceremony here.
