An exhibition in The Nunnery Gallery, celebrating some of the best art in schools.
This exciting annual exhibition provides a rare opportunity to view some of the exceptional artwork being produced by young people in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets working with 23 professional artists and performers, this exhibition is a celebration of the art work made by young people in over 20 local schools. This is an important calendar exhibition in the Nunnery galleries annual program and is joint funded by the Bow Arts Trust and its long standing partner St Paul’s Way Community School in Poplar.

For the past 15 years Bow Arts Trust has supported young talent by commissioning the very best professional artists to work along side them to help them realisetheir potential! This year our exhibition emphasises creativity across the curriculum and how well young people learn practical skills when working with professional artists. The huge variety of exhibits ensures there is something here for everyone, whether you want to be entertained by the animated stories of the angle birds, be impressed by the professional quality of the patterned Islamic lightbox or watch the construction and installation of an enormous mirrored telescope.
