About Amanda Eatwell
Outside of yoga, Amanda is a fine art and documentary photographer, based in Thamesmead. She has had two solo exhibitions at The Lakeside Centre, and has played an active role in the Thamesmead Festival for the past three years – creating an art installation one year, and helping with production in 2025.
Amanda has practiced yoga since her twenties, and qualified as a BoxingYoga coach nine years ago. This is where the dynamic yoga class stems from: a unique yoga-based training system that was originally born to help boxers reach new levels of performance through improved core strength, body awareness, balance and flexibility. Amanda provides a friendly and inclusive environment for her classes.
Amanda is a keen runner, with several marathons under her belt. She can confirm that stretching and strengthening through yoga support her physically and mentally through every aspect of her life! You can find out more about Amanda’s Yoga sessions on her Instagram account @amandaeatwelldoesyoga
