Three Waters

Three Waters has 70 affordable creative studios for artists, located where the three waters of Bow Creek, the River Lea and Limehouse Cut meet at Bow Loch.

In partnership with Mountil Anvil and Peabody this is the first building Bow Arts owns, on a 999-year lease. The first of its kind in London - that ensures ongoing support for artists, educational services and inward investment into local communities and the arts for perpetuity in east London.

Included in the 70 workspaces are a series of well-lit, spacious units perfect for a creative small business or start-up. Found within Magnolia House these spaces would be ideal for architects, fashion designers and businesses with multiple employees or those who need more space.
