Ben Tucker

Ben is founding partner of Minerva, the executive search and leadership firm. He has over twenty-five years’ experience advising organisations on leadership and governance. His clients are global, spanning several continents, and currently include a joint-venture activity in India. His involvement in the arts has included leading Minerva’s involvement in sponsoring a range of exhibitions and prizes over the past decade.   

Ben studied Classics and English at Keble College, Oxford and then undertook an MSc in Organisational Behaviour at Birkbeck, University of London.

Outside of work his passion is music and he is leader of a garage-rock band and an occasional country singer.
