Ben is founding partner of Minerva, the executive search and leadership advisory firm. He has over twenty-five years’ experience advising organisations on leadership and governance. His clients are global, spanning several continents. His involvement in the arts has included leading Minerva’s involvement in sponsoring a range of exhibitions and prizes over the past decade.
