John is leading one of London’s largest regeneration programmes, Thamesmead. The project aims to develop London’s new town, with 20,000 new homes of all tenure types to help meet the capital’s housing needs.

As well as being a professional member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), John has a Master of Arts in Urban Regeneration. He is well qualified for his latest role, having previously headed up the groups that delivered the two new cities of Letchworth Garden City and Milton Keynes.
