Sophie coordinates activity at The Lab, Bow Arts’ community café at Oaklands Rise. She organises the day-to-day running of the café and its exhibition and events programme. Sophie also coordinates the day-to-day running of our Nunnery Café, overseeing our friendly café team, building connections with our local Bow community and ensuring we have the best coffee, pastries, and toasties.
