Tania Rhodes-Taylor has recently been appointed as Executive Director of Communications and External Affairs at King’s College London. Prior to that she established Otus Advisory Limited, to provide universities with the strategic input and technical expertise that can only be offered by someone who has sat on the senior leadership teams of successful, complex, and deeply engaged organisations. Building on thirty years of experience in industry, government, not for profit and the higher education sectors, and having lived and worked in Europe, Hong Kong the USA and Australia, Tania combines strategic vision with deep sector insights, a high degree of cultural competence and the practical experience and learnings from putting her ideas into practice. Tania has sat on, and chaired, a number of executive boards as a nonexecutive director in both the UK and Australia. She is a trained consultant, a qualified executive coach and has a BA in Art History, a PGDip in Marketing and Communications and an MBA in Higher Education Management from The Institute of Education at University College London.
