Mezzanine studio available at Bow Arts’ historic Rum Factory studios located in the heart of the iconic London Dock. The Rum Factory is home to a large community of artists, all benefiting from good in-studio amenities and a bookable project space. This studio is not self-contained and is situated on the mezzanine level. There is no step free access to this studio.  

This studio is best suited to practices that do not create noise, fumes or dust.

The Rum Factory

The historic Pennington Street Warehouse in Wapping, renamed The Rum Factory Studios in 2015, will reopen its doors to artists in August 2023, once again offering 80 truly affordable artist studios that range from 80Sqft up to 400Sqft in the heart of the City.
