Three Waters

We’re now opening up the doors to our brand-new studio location in Bromley-by-Bow! Three Waters has 70 affordable creative studios for artists, located where the three waters of Bow Creek, the River Lea and Limehouse Cut meet at Bow Loch. The prices will range from £194.25 to £508.83 and square footage from 123sqft to 338sqft.

The studios will be suitable for a range of practices, including; painters, photographers, those who work digitally, designers, and makers of many kinds. The studios are less suited to those whose practice gives off a lot of dust or fumes.
