Roof Terrace at the Lakeside Centre
The iconic Roof Terrace is on the top floor of the Lakeside Centre, and looks out to stunning views of the Southmere Lake & the area’s famous skyline.
Availability:
The Roof Terrace is available to hire from 9am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.
The general opening hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Venue hire outside these hours will incur an additional fee to cover a key-holder charge.
Costs:
During opening hours
£75 per hour, minimum 2 hours (ex VAT)
Outside opening hours
£100 per hour, minimum 2 hours (ex VAT)
A £13.85 key holder charge applies outside of opening hours.
Free for Bow Arts Thamesmead artists.
Day rate £400 (ex VAT)
Further Information:
The Lakeside Centre is home to 40 artist studios, and encompasses the Thamesmead Social café, an early years nursery, the Lakeside Darkroom, a media space, a communal space, and an outdoor roof terrace.
