Media Space at the Lakeside Centre
The Media Space is a second floor project space inside the Lakeside Centre, an iconic brutalist building with stunning view of Southmere Lake & the area’s famous skyline.
Availability:
The Media Space is available to hire from 9am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.
The general opening hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Venue hire outside these hours will incur an additional fee to cover a key-holder charge.
Costs:
During opening hours
£35 per hour, minimum 2 hours (ex VAT)
Outside opening hours
£50 per hour, minimum 2 hours (ex VAT)
A £13.85 key holder charge applies outside of opening hours.
Free for Bow Arts Thamesmead artists.
Day rate £160 (ex VAT)
Further Information:
The Lakeside Centre is home to 40 artist studios, and encompasses the Thamesmead Social café, an early years nursery, the Lakeside Darkroom, a media space, a communal space, and an outdoor roof terrace.
