Description:

Inspire your staff through hands-on sessions with professional artists that will equip staff with the skills and confidence to lead a wider variety of artistic skills or arts-based activities in the classroom. Example sessions include (but are not limited by):

  • Developing digital media skills- how to use animation, photography, digital design programmes, creative apps in the classroom
  • Ceramics – how to break down the making process for the classroom, selecting clays and glazes, the firing process and using the kiln
  • Creative planning – gain a deeper understanding of how use art and creativity to drive forward whole school initiatives with the support, ideas and creativity of a professional artist

  • To support creative planning, building links with creativity across the curriculum
  • To provide tailored professional development opportunities for your school staff
  • To strengthen team working
