Private view: Nunnery Café Exhibition | Hayley Kay Adams

Thursday 15th February 2024 , 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Grab a drink and join us to celebrate the opening of Hayley Kay Adam’s new solo show in the Nunnery Café.

With a focus on illustration, Hayley Kay Adams’ visual language gravitates around expressing the symbolism and wisdom found in nature, drawing on the threads that connect our wellbeing to the natural world around us.

In this exhibition, Hayley further expands on this thinking, interweaving personal rituals and mythologies with ideas around Earth magic, in an artistic enquiry into how we can better understand the relationship between our inner and outer worlds.

Read more about the exhibition here.

The Nunnery Café will be selling a range of drinks and snacks throughout the evening – swing by, bring your friends, and grab a drink!

Free Drop in – all are welcome!

More about Hayley Kay Adams

Hayley Kay Adams is a multidisciplinary artist living and working in Guildford, Surrey and London. With a focus on illustration, her visual language gravitates around expressing symbolism and wisdom found in nature and the synergies between our well-being and the natural world. Her work takes root in intuitive drawing, using the mediums of printmaking, digital art and more recently, jewellery and ceramics. Hayley began creating jewellery using the lost wax process as a way to play with her illustrations in 3D, and has recently expanded her practice into ceramics, finding great joy in the interplay between her 2D drawings and physical objects.
