Join us for the first Well-being Workshop at The Lab. In this half-day event, we will take you through a yoga flow to enhance your creative energy, tea tastings with shared knowledge of herbs, and a meditation to ease you into your evening.
Spend an autumn’s Saturday afternoon at The Lab, slowing down and enjoying some of life’s simplicities with a likeminded community. We will begin with a cold infusion tea tasting crafted to stimulate your body and mind for the upcoming yoga session that focuses on harnessing your creative energy whilst surrounded by community art installments. Another tea tasting, gong fu cha style, will use traditional Chinese tea brewing to slow you down, bring discipline into our practice and help you look inwards ready for an extended meditation. The day will be rounded off with a final warm tea tasting, over refreshments and conversation, easing you into the Saturday evening, however you plan to spend it.
This event aims to bring you closer to yourself and your community. This is our first partnership with Yofihouse, a resident aspiring herbalist and Six Pillars, a London based wellness platform providing targeted movement and nutrition for their clients.
The schedule is as follows:
This event is free and include tea tastings, however we ask you to reserve your space by booking on Eventbrite.
Please note there is no parking available to the public.
