Bow Road Summer Makers Market

Saturday, July 17, 2021 to Sunday, July 18, 2021
Opening Hours:
Saturday and Sunday, 11am-3pm
Bow Arts Trust, 183 Bow Road, London E3 2SJ

Join us this July for our Bow Road Summer Makers Market. We’ll be celebrating east London’s local makers in our vibrant outdoor courtyard, with a selection of locally made gifts and artworks for sale by Bow Arts’ artists.

In place of our annual 2021 Bow Road Open Studios, we’re inviting you to safely browse over 20 stalls each day, offering a variety of wares including small gifts, prints, cards, jewellery, home wares, original artworks and ceramics.

Accompanying this great event, we’ll also have music, some yummy food, great cocktails and ice-cold treats on offer from our very own Nunnery Café. You can also take part in a family-friendly, drop-in workshop from 11.30am-2.30pm each day, linked to our current exhibition in the Nunnery Gallery, Is there space for empathy?

Discover and support Bow Arts’ community of artists, designers and makers, and celebrate summer in style at this exciting event!

Free, drop-in event and all welcome. The event will take place outdoors in Bow Arts' courtyard, with COVID-19 safety measures in place. You can read our COVID-19 access statement here

All original artworks over £100 are available to buy on the Own Art scheme, allowing buyers to spread the cost of artwork over 10 monthly instalments, with the benefit of an interest-free loan.
