Join transdisciplinary artist Nicola McEvoy for a festive themed family workshop during this year’s Bow Road Winter Market. Create your own masks and hats to wear over the holidays! Open to children and families of all ages – all materials provided.

Wind down after your winter shopping and craft away with festive colours, tinsel and pompoms. Pose with your creations to make family portraits using real time video capturing and mixing software.
In this session, children and families will make festive themed masks and hats using paper plates, coloured card and other assorted materials. There will be a green screen and webcam on the day, so that families can perform in their own Winter Wonderlands, with an array of festively themed video backdrops to choose from.
This Bow Families Special is accessible for 4 to 11-year-olds (and adults too of course) and will take place inside the Bow Arts Courtyard Room.

Bow Families is a series of free, drop-in family art workshops that take place on the last Sunday of every month in the Bow Arts Courtyard. These sessions are a wonderful opportunity for local families to get creative and try something new! Each session is led by a Bow Arts’ Artist and all materials are provided.
