For the May edition of Irregular Commas, the team at UEL’s Centre of Creative and Cultural Practice have invited artist Laura Malacart and writer and educator Debra Shaw to facilitate a discussion around ideas of home, place and urban space. These themes will be explored through a range of texts and writings proposed by Laura Malacart.

Join poet, writer and spoken word artist Akila Richards in this creative writing workshop exploring sound and rhythm to mark our milestones through the music that grounds us.

This workshop is open to people aged between 18-30 who identify as people of colour.
